Delaware does not have a separate state loan program for its students. It has designated American Education Services (AES) as the federal loan guarantor for the state. These loans are from the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). There are no special benefits for citizens of Delaware attached to these loans. Check your Delaware
