Qualifying for a Federal Pell Grant

I don't think it should be based solely on what you see that the individual makes. I think you should take other things into consideration; car payments, rent, bills....I mean it may look like a person has a bunch of money but I am broke most of the time...well all of the time.

If I don't qualify for a Pell Grant I will be upset because I do need help and it's not because I'm frivolous with my money. Some people who probably get the help more than likely don't always need it.
